Terms of Use

Last updated: July 17, 2026

By downloading or using RoundOne, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app. Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA) also applies to apps obtained from the App Store unless a custom EULA is attached in App Store Connect.

What RoundOne provides

RoundOne offers training plans, drills, timers, and logging tools for boxing, kickboxing, and Muay Thai. Content is for general fitness and skill practice. The current version is local-first: session plans and logs stay on your device, and there is no RoundOne account. See the Privacy Policy.

Not medical advice

RoundOne is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Features that ask about injuries, pain, fatigue, or readiness are for training preference and session planning only. Always consult a qualified professional for health questions, and stop training if you feel unsafe or unwell.

Your responsibility

You use RoundOne at your own risk. Combat sports and conditioning involve inherent risk of injury. You are responsible for training in a safe environment, using appropriate equipment, and following coaching guidance when needed.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app, attempt to reverse engineer it except where allowed by law, or use it in any way that is unlawful or harmful to others.

Intellectual property

The RoundOne name, app software, and bundled training content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. All rights reserved unless expressly stated otherwise.

Privacy

How the app handles information is described in the Privacy Policy.
